It is a straw-yellow wine with greenish reflections, with a characteristic and fine smell. The taste is dry, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste. To serve at 10/12 ° C. Ideal with hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes.

Red:

Obtained from Sangiovese and Merlot grapes. It has ruby ​​red color and a dry and round flavor. To serve at 16/18 ° C.

Ideal with roasted meat and seasoned cheeses.

Obtained from a mix of international and indigenous vines.

Grapes are picked manually in the early days of October and the skins are left to macerate with the juice in large open thistles for about 10 days.

An austere and characterful wine, with a full taste and strong texture. Pleasantly tannic,  can grow old for a long time.

Intense ruby ​​red, this is a wine of a pleasing structure, full bodied, rightly tannic, with large bouquet and aftertaste of blackberry.

To serve at a temperature of 20/22 ° C.

It combines perfectly with roasted meat and seasoned cheeses.

A dessert wine, obtained from Trebbiano Toscano, Malvasia and Moscato grapes, dried on granaries of golden-yellow to amber color. A full, penetrating smell. Sweet, full bodied and well-balanced.
